Neus is a darkly tanned man with flexible  plaits that start at his crown and go down forming \u201clong hair\u201d  Looking mostly human except for a set of bull style horns protruding from his head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is covered in Maori style tattoo’s.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neus is not native to Earth but came through a short lived rift, winding up in Canada.  He was an indentured ranch hand on his home world, trying to earn enough to start a farm of his own, to start a family.  He began working his way south to warmer climates. Coming across some refugees, making their way to the safe haven in center of the state.  His talents have been put to use, as he has been put in charge of care and training of the Horses and dogs of Kayakee.  He also handles the tribe’s fourier needs.  His minor psychic abilities of empathy and healing have and skills have made him a respected member of the Kayakee community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
