World overview – Due to actions of this team, certain parties have taken notice of the existence of Kayakee.  CS agents have possibly seen  reports coming out of Northern Gun Territory, Reports of High value trade contracts, High Energy detonation near  CS Ironheart territory. The team’s involvement with a Rogue CS battalion at Bridgetown, and a Highly advanced robot, resulting in the rapid deployment of two separate NG squadrons in NG territory. And the declaration of Quarenteen\/ off limits site, of Magical\/sacred importance near CS Ironheart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not to mention some of the various villages would make reference to Kayakee, initiating trade of food and goods.  Plus the presence of  medical care (body fixer\/ healers)and mechanical\/electrical\/electronic repairs, and sharing of knowledge\/education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restarting from where we left off, a primitive tribal village near the remains of the Port Dolomie Limestone quarry.  We followed the spider tracks some distance through the woods, coming to a 300 ish to 500 ish meter odd shaped clearing.  The tracks disappeared at the edge of the clearing. Tim\u2019s magical senses alerted him to the presence of strong magics in the area radiating from the clearing.  Further focus revealed to him that the clearing was covered by some form of magical shell.  As Tim neared the border, a pair of appendages reached out from nothing grabbing him and pulling him into nothing, leaving the rest of us viewing a pristine clearing.  I quickly followed Tim, seeing him held above the ground, in the process of being wrapped up in silk by a Dryder. Revealing that the shell was in part illusionary in nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tim quickly strobe lighted a magical fire shield globe around himself attempting to burn himself free, as I began playing hacky slashy on the Dryder\u2019s legs and thorax.  Ted transformed into his Elk form and charged the Dryder, attempting to gore it on Ted\u2019s antlers.  Ryan followed last, spraying the Dryder with napalm flaming death.  The Dryder, tired of Tim\u2019s fire rave, trying to escape, began Hulk rag doll smashing him followed up with a body slam.  The four of us being focused on the Dryder, we  barely paid attention to a large log cabin  in the center of the clearing, some two hundred  plus meters from where we fought.  So a second Dryder exiting the cabin and heading our way went unnoticed until it was mostly at us. Ted noticed that the Dryders carapace proved to be impervious to piercing, and switched to using hives and kicks to bludgeon Dryder.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the burn, cut and kick damage built to a fatal level on the initial Dryder, causing it to collapse on top of Tim. The second came into combat with us, it used a magical fear gaze on me causing me to bravely run away.  As Ryan and Ted turned to face the new Dryder threat, Tim pulled himself from under the smoldering hulk of the original Dryder, not wanting to deal with it, he cast a powerful Ice spell encasing the Dryder in a magical Block of ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Dryder suffocated, Tim Ryan, & Ted having shifted back to human form,approached the cabin. As they slowly investigated the outside of the building, the ground began to rumble, just before hundreds of dog to pony sized spiders erupted from the cabin.  With the eruption of spiders Ryan sprayed the area and cabin with napalm, as Ted fired a few rounds from his fireball shotgun.  Sending all sorts of burning spiders scurrying about.  This occurred as I was preparing to harvest the Dryders for usable Bio materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the many screams of the dying spiders, a Majestically terrifying monstrous Spider teleported into the field. (The full spider form of Lolth).  The monstrous spider quickly targeted Tim, attempting to mind control him, that not working she  bit him with her gigantic fangs.  Tim being much smaller than her monstrous form barely missed being impaled on a fang but his armor still took damage. Ryan sprayed her with napalm as Ted turned the fireball shotgun her way.  Noticing the commotion, I mentally called Ironhound and Bulkhead While pulling out my rifle and quick succession shooting her.  She teleported from Tim to Ted, trying to pierce and poison him, failing but doing damage to his armor.  The large bots ran in quickly covering the distance firing plasma bolts.  After blinking toward Ryan, failing to get a hit on him, and taking more damage from Tim\u2019s finger guns, She screamed and teleported away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We waited on high alert, scanning the area for her and the boss’ music faded away.  We unsure, where or why, maybe we were not easy prey??? Discussing the various options, we noticed the rubble of the collapsed cabin moving, all of on high alert.  Tim\u2019s magical senses warned us to not attack, attacking would be very bad for us, as a human hand pushed out of the rubble.  A old indigenous woman with long silver hair, and silken dress crawled out.  \u201cGranma Spider\u201d asked if her daughter had caused trouble. Taking in the destruction in the clearing, and us telling her that we were only defending ourselves.  Granma Spider told us that she was not angry, only concerned, she had been trying to hide her daughter away to keep the world safe.  She told us we need to be wary as Lolth may look for revenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the discussion with Granma Spider, we notified Manistique that that area needed to be quarantined \/ marked a no go area as a sacred\/ magically\/ dangerous area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After we decided to head back to Kayekee(Clare) to work on upgrading tech and magic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next game will jump to late summer early fall, August\/September<\/p>\n\n\n\n
