Kayakee (Clare)

Kayakee the village that formed in the area that was once the old earth city of Clare.  This Farming/ wooded area village has changed from the rugged Spelled Lumber wall fort with Yurts and log cabins, to a Quaint walled village that has formed concentric MDC walls as it expanded with the influx of refugees, and those looking for more stability in the wilds, of Rifts earth.  The modern Wood constructed buildings belie their hidden MDC sturdiness, with classic “Modern” Old-World designs built with old-world and even ancient world techniques from Nordic regions and Japan, to bring craftsmanship, and even artistry to work into the natural world. Surrounded by working farmland that now produces not only enough food stores for the village itself, but enough for future stores and trade.  The village has grown Large enough that it supports more than one store, a hotel for travelers and restaurants and bars. Along the paved roads and walkways.

Having created Michigan’s Second maintained road after Northern Guns and Manistique Empire, connecting to Bridgetown along the old I-75/127 corridor,  running south to the Lansing ruins, then over to Ann Arbor via the easy old highway corridors, to connect to New Lazlo.

The roads facilitating easy travel to and from the various salvage sites from the various old world manufacturing sites along the corridors, along with sites of significance.
