Ent-Arrays

Ent-Arrays are not traditional bots.  These are Surveillance and relay devices.  These come in two forms  The first is a “bot” that looks like a tree. These are made of the same MDC materials of the Stick men, Stick Hounds and Brambles.  These fully look like, act like, feel like and behave like a tree.  In fact these are placed in locations and cannot move, nor can they communicate.  These are bodies containing  Advanced sensor arrays and relays to relay information back to Kayakee Central Ops.   These have and indefinite operation time as their leave are micro reactors, functioning just like real leaves of trees, turning solar/ and various light energies along with various atmospheric compounds into power for the Ent.  Each is unique.  The Ents, are GIS tagged at KCO, and form a Phased Array sensor network.  The Ents are placed in locations Ent’s possess 400MD in the body

Sensor Systems of Note:

Optics: The bots have full optical systems, including the visible light spectrum, infrared, ultraviolet, and polarization, passive nightvision (light amplification), thermal-imaging, laser targeting, and telescopic. Telescopic optics function like built-in binoculars with a range of about two miles (3.2 km). All the other optic systems have a range about 3000 feet (914 m).

Radar: Can identify and track up to 100 targets simultaneously at a range of 50 miles (3.2 km). Applicable to flying targets at 100 feet  above the ground or higher only. Radar can not track ground movement.

Magnetometer: detect variation in magnetic fields 500’ radius sensitivity when active.

Geiger detector: detect various forms and levels of radiation range 1000 ft.

Seismic sensor: 10 mile radius

Sonar: 5000 yd radius,

Radio Communication: Medium-range radio relay for bots and Kayakee members Range: 10 miles (16 km). The unit can send directional coded messages to a distance of 25 miles, this is a one way communication. The Ent arrays scan and communicate via code on conventional radio channels/frequencies; same range. Can also eavesdrop on enemy transmissions and track transmissions (75% success level) to their source.

Type two, these are normal trees, That bio-powered sensors and relays, have been carefully implanted in these are powered by the sugars produced by the tree,  These further extend the sensor and relay net of Kayakee,  also providing set points for GIS location systems.

Radar: Can identify and track up to 24 targets simultaneously at a range of 2 miles (3.2 km). Applicable to flying targets at 100 feet  above the ground or higher only. Radar can not track ground movement.

Radio Communication: This is a Medium-range radio booster Range: 10 miles (16 km). By incorporating microcode in the relayed signals, it can be used in triangulating any signals in range with 75% accuracy.
